A proposal for maintenance plans is provided to all customers at the 1-year complimentary appointment to keep the maintenance going.

Our service begins with a courtesy email from a trained technician informing you of their upcoming routine maintenance visit. There is no need for you to be present at the appointment. Billing is also set up for your convenience, whether you prefer to pay in advance, have a card on file, or be billed after the service. Landscape Lighting Specialists is here to make it easy for you.
At the appointment, the technician will:
- Inspect and Replace Bulbs: Check all lamps and replace any burned-out or damaged bulbs to ensure consistent lighting performance.
- Clean Lenses: Remove debris and limescale from all glass lenses to maintain clear, vibrant light output.
- Trim Vegetation: Cut back any new plant or shrub growth that may obstruct light from reaching intended areas.
- Adjust Fixtures: Re-angle misaligned fixtures to achieve the best lighting angle and effect.
- Reposition Fixtures: Move light fixtures up to 2 feet to accommodate changes in plant growth, if needed.
- Rebury Wires: Bury any exposed wires to protect them from damage and ensure safety.
- Transformer Check: Inspect the transformer, adjust on/off times, and address any voltage issues.
- Component Replacement: Replace any broken or damaged fixtures, transformers, or components covered by warranty.
An Emailed Checklist outlining the maintenance completed and the technician’s notes is sent following the maintenance appointment.

- Repair Execution: Conduct repairs with a flat fee service call and hourly repair charges (minimum of 2 hours).
Maintenance Exclusions

Please note that some issues are not covered under our maintenance plan, including:
- Fixtures, transformers, or components not under warranty.
- Damage by contractors, landscapers, or other service personnel.
- Cut wires and timer issues.
- Systems damaged by weather events, such as flooding or lightning strikes.
- Blown-out lamps not under warranty.
